1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Cabina AI ("Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Extension.

2. Description of Service

Cabina AI provides real-time simultaneous translation overlay and meeting minutes generation for Google Meet sessions. The Extension operates under a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model, requiring users to supply their own API keys from supported providers (e.g., Google AI Studio, OpenAI).

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Cabina AI offers software license access for $4.99/year (with a 30-day free trial). Payments and license management are handled by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are governed by Lemon Squeezy's customer refund policy.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure and complying with third-party AI providers' terms of service and usage limits. You agree not to misuse the Extension for unlawful purposes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cabina AI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI translations may contain inaccuracies or delays depending on network conditions and provider API performance.
